Zhang Wenxian
Zhang Wenxian (1951 -), male, Han nationality, from Nanyang City, Henan Province, is a master in law and doctor of philosophy. He is a senior professor and a doctoral tutor of Philosophy and Social Sciences at Jilin University. Also, he is a second-grade judge and famous jurist, who served as president of the Supreme People's Court of Jilin Province. His major works include Contemporary Western Philosophy, General Theory of Law and Jurisprudence etc.

Zhang Wenxian 张文显

Biography Zhang Wenxian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhenping County, Henan Province. He was born in 1951 and graduated from the law department of Jilin University in 1977. Zhang earned a Master's Degree in law from the university in 1982. After graduating from the law department at the university, Zhang taught and later became vice-president and dean of the university's law school. He eventually became vice-president of Jilin University.

Zhang Wenxian Appointed as Senior Professor in Humanities at ZJU

On January 10, Zhang Wenxian, an eminent expert in law studies and Deputy Director of China Law Society, was appointed as a senior professor in humanities by Zhejiang University. He was also appointed as Director of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Judicial Civilization and Honorary Dean of Guanghua Law School. The National Collaborative Innovation Center for Judicial Civilization was also officially inaugurated at Zhejiang University, which became one of the collaborative institutions of higher learning along with China University of Political Science and Law, Jilin University and Wuhan University. Present at the ceremony were Jin Deshui, Party Secretary of Zhejiang University, Lin Jianhua, President of Zhejiang University, and Zhang Baosheng, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law and Coordinating Director of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Judicial Civilization.
